Body Reconstruction is a 31-day structured movement programme designed to progressively rebuild how your body moves, feels and functions.
It is fully online, equipment-free and designed to be completed at your own pace.
Each day introduces one focused movement designed to improve mobility, develop strength through control and increase awareness of how your body is organised in space.

DAILY STRUCTURE
Each session takes approximately 15–20 minutes and can be completed anywhere.
Every day follows a simple, consistent structure:
- Watch Today’s Movement – clear demonstration of the exercise.
- Purpose – understand what this movement is training in the body.
- Key Focus Points – simple cues to guide correct execution.
- Your Practice – follow along and complete the movement.
- Integration Notes – short reflections to help apply awareness into daily life.
