WHAT TO EXPECT?

Body Reconstruction is a 31-day equipment-free movement programme. It is fully online and self-led, designed to progressively rebuild your movement patterns from the ground up.

Each day introduces one focused exercise designed to improve mobility, strengthen your foundation, and develop greater awareness of how your body moves.

 

DAILY STRUCTURE

Each session takes approximately 15–20 minutes and can be completed anywhere. 

Every day follows a consistent format:

  • Watch Today’s Exercise – a clear demonstration of the movement.
  • Purpose – understanding why this movement matters.
  • Focus Points – key cues and visual guidance for correct execution.
  • Your Practice – follow along and complete the guided set.
  • Integration Notes – simple reflections to support application in daily life.

 

AT THE END OF THE 31 DAYS

You will have learned 31 structured, physiotherapy-informed movements that improve coordination, stability, and whole-body awareness.

You will also receive three 20-minute follow-along movement flows to integrate into your weekly routine, supporting ongoing maintenance and progression.

This provides a simple, sustainable weekly movement framework.

Support is structured across three progression levels, offering different degrees of guidance and accountability depending on the option you choose.
