Melinda is the founder of Aquaelle: The Feminine Flow Method, a space devoted to guiding women back into connection with their body, emotions, and inner wisdom.

With over a decade of experience in movement, healing, and self-development, she has supported more than 780 women on their journey of self-discovery, emotional healing, and embodied confidence.

Although Melinda’s work is inspired by practices such as yoga, meditation, energy awareness, and connection to God, Aquaelle is not rooted in any religious doctrine. Her approach is intuitive, coherent, and integrative, grounded in the understanding that the body holds deep intelligence, and that the soul needs to land in the body for true healing to occur.

Her work is not about following a belief system, but about remembering your own truth.

Through somatic practices, breathwork, movement, meditation, and emotional awareness, she guides women to:

Each Rose is a 4-Week Journey 

The Rose Incarnation Path is divided into 7 stages, each represented by a rose.

Every rose is experienced as a 4-week block of 1:1 sessions, allowing you to go deep into one layer of your being at a time.

This structure creates space for:
• Integration between sessions
• Real, embodied transformation
• A pace that respects your natural rhythm

Rather than rushing the process, each rose invites you to fully experience, feel, and embody the work before moving forward.

Each 4-week cycle includes:
• 4 private 1:1 sessions
• A focus on one energetic center (chakra)
• Personalised guidance based on your Rose Blueprint
• Practical tools and embodied practices to integrate into your daily life

This is a journey of depth, not speed
