With over 14 years of experience, I blend my passions for Yoga, Dance, Energy Work, and Quantum Hypnosis to empower others to embrace their authenticity and express themselves fully.
My transformative journey began in 2012 after a profound meditation experience, which sparked a quest for deeper understanding and led me to explore various tools for personal growth.
Based near the ocean, which deeply inspires me every day, I founded Aquaelle.

We travel on a voyage of self discovery where we connect with ourselves and each other and explore, heal and relieve stress, anxiety, whatever emotion we are each feeling it is valued. So much is contained within such a beautiful capsule of time.
Melinda has helped and supported me through some very personal stressful times, it has given me hope and strength, a better sense of well-being, helped to release stress and tension, connect with the spiritual and my inner self and expand my awareness. She opens us up to new possibilities in a natural, fun and creative way. Affirmations help me be more compassionate and forgiving to myself, deal with past traumas.
Melinda is highly intelligent, sharing her insight into the wonders of colour and her deep knowledge is woven into movement and wonderful techniques.
