Stefan has worked with our eldest son for the last 8 years and he offers so much. He creates a safe space for Harry to acknowledge his feelings and concerns, that through their work together, Harry can now identify and process independently.

Although Stefan is a qualified yoga teacher, the YogiPhysio Method is not rooted in the religious tradition of yoga. Here, “Yogi” is used in its modern, universal sense — describing someone committed to self-awareness, emotional growth, and living with intention, discipline, and compassion.

The approach is entirely secular and therapeutic. While Stefan’s personal Christian faith informs his values of integrity and care, it does not influence the content of sessions.

The YogiPhysio Method is inclusive and accessible to all families, focusing on movement, emotional regulation, and wellbeing development through practical, experiential techniques such as breathing, mindful movement, and structured regulation practices.
